Hunting Park Christian Academy (HPCA) HPCA is a pre-kindergarten through 8th grade Christian school located in a low-income African-American and Hispanic community in Philadelphia's inner city.
HPCA was begun as a response to God's call to bring healing and hope to a hurting community.
The Mission of HPCA is to provide affordable, quality Christian education that celebrates a diverse community and leads children to know and serve the lord. We are committed to a Christian education that honors and glorifies God, and we seek to serve the entire community by providing:

Affordable education to those whose need is greatest
Excellence in education and learning
Unity in diversity
Discipleship for Christian growth and maturity
Started in 1999 with 70 students and five teachers, the school has grown to its current size of 200 students (with a long waiting list) and ten teachers.
